Please fill out the form below so we have the information we'll need to provide you with availability and pricing.  Please note that Franklin House and Backyard are strictly 21+. There are no exceptions. Our event capacity is strictly 49 people. Outside vendors such as food/catering are allowed. Live music is not allowed by city ordinances. We do not provide food or accommodations other than the space/venue and bar services.
